I earned my Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology in 2010. Since then, I have worked with children, adolescents, young adults, and adults in many different life stages. I have found that working with teenagers and their families is a particular passion of mine. I am able to help improve communications between teenagers and their parents while helping both sides understand the other's perspectives.
I also have experience in working with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety and other psychological difficulties. I have worked with both males and females who have survived varying types and severity of abusive or nasty behaviors from significant others and family members. I have found that no matter the difficulty one is facing in life, having a supportive person who is able to provide alternative perspectives and a non-judgmental understanding can significantly help.
